Investment Approach

Businesses with proven economics. We actively manage a portfolio of high-quality companies with conservative balance sheets, attractive margins and opportunity for growth in the under-researched small/mid cap segment of the market.

Free cash flow focus. Using proprietary modeling and a strict valuation discipline, we favor companies generating cash flow and funding growth internally.

Underappreciated operating leverage. We look to capitalize on "time horizon arbitrage," forecasting growth opportunity and operating leverage beyond current Wall Street estimates and not currently recognized by the market.
