Sam Doyle

Sam Doyle serves as President of Davidson Fixed Income Management.   Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Doyle was the head municipal bond trader at Kirkpatrick, Pettis, Smith Polian, Inc.  He began his career in 1972 at Drexel Burnham in New York, eventually becoming that firm's head trader. He joined Roosevelt Cross in 1977 and moved to Denver in 1980 upon joining First of Denver (later First Interstate Bank of Denver) where he was head of Tax-Exempt Trading and Sales. Mr. Doyle joined Kirkpatrick Pettis in 1991 and was instrumental in the opening of its Denver office.

Scott Prickett, CTP

Scott Prickett is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for Davidson Fixed Income Management and has over 20 years of investment industry experience. The focus of Mr. Prickett’s background has been spent managing enhanced cash and short-term fixed income portfolios for governmental and non-profit clients.  He has experience managing trust investments (including public monies) for a number of banks and spent two years at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO) as a fixed income securities analyst for over $1.4 billion in assets.  Mr. Prickett’s also assisted in forming two SEC registered money market funds designed specifically for municipalities and non-profits.  Mr. Prickett graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis.  Mr. Prickett has received the Association of Financial Professionals designation as a Certified Treasury Professional, CTP and is a frequent speaker for various associations such as CGFOA and CML.
