- What You Need
- Microsoft Money® software (Money 2007 or later)
- Internet access
- Access via D.A. Davidson Client Access website
- Online access to activity tab (Your user name and password are needed for online access.)
- Access via Microsoft Money® software
- Your user name and password provided by your D.A. Davidson & Co. financial consultant.
- Download Instructions for New Microsoft Money 2007®, Money Plus®, Money Essentials® Users
- Access via D.A. Davidson Client Access website
- Log into D.A. Davidson Client Access website (password required).
- Client Access online activity tab
- Choose your start and end date
- Choose Microsoft Money® from the download activity drop down list.
- Choose open
- If Microsoft Money® is not open, you will be asked to start money now. Choose yes.
- Then follow the Microsoft Money® instructions
- Access via Microsoft Money software
- Log into Microsoft Money®
- From the menu bar at the top of your screen, select "File" "New" "New Account".
- Select "Investment" as your account type and click "Next".
- Click the letter "D", select "D.A. Davidson & Co." and click "Next."
- Select "Yes, I have sign in information" and click "Next".
- Enter your D.A. Davidson & Co. assigned user name and password. If you do not have a username or password,
please contact your financial consultant and they will provide you with one.

- What You Need
- Quicken® software (Quicken® 2007 or later)
- Internet access
- Access via D.A. Davidson Client Access website
- Online access to activity tab (Your user name and password are needed for online access.)
- Access via Quicken® software
- Your user name and password provided by your D.A. Davidson & Co. financial consultant.
- Download Instructions for Quicken® 2008 Users
- Access via D.A. Davidson Client Access website
- Log into D.A. Davidson Client Access website.
- Client Access online activity tab
- Choose Quicken® from the download activity drop down list.
- Choose your start and end date
- Click Submit
- Choose Save
- Save the file to your designated folder.
- Click Close
- Open Quicken®, if not already open.
- From the menu bar at the top of your screen, select: "File" then "Import" then "Web Connect File", Find the file you saved, click "Open".
- Access via Quicken® software
- Log into "Quicken®."
- From the menu bar at the top of your screen, select: "File" then "New" then "New Quicken Account", click "OK".
- Type D.A. Davidson & Co., click "Next".
- Select "Yes," I want to connect to D.A. Davidson & Co. through Quicken. I have a D.A. Davidson & Co. username
and password, click "Next."
- Enter your D.A. Davidson & Co. user name and password, click "Next". If you do not have a D.A. Davidson & Co.
user name and password, contact your financial consultant.
- Enter a Quicken Account Name as prompted, or click "Next."
- Confirm that information provided is correct and click "Done".
- When the download is complete, click "Close" in the pop-up window.
- Review your transactions under "Investing."
- Download Instructions for Quicken® 2009 Users
- Access via D.A. Davidson Client Access website
- Client Access online activity tab
- Choose Quicken® from the download activity drop down list.
- Choose your start and end date
- Click Submit
- Choose Save
- Save the file to your designated folder.
- Click Close
- Open Quicken®, if not already open.
- From the menu bar at the top of your screen, select: "File" then "Import" then "Web Connect File", Find the file you saved, click "Open".

"Investment/Retirement" then "Standard Brokerage", click "next".
- Click the letter "D", select "D.A. Davidson & Co." and click "Next."
- Select "Yes," I want to connect to D.A. Davidson & Co. through Quicken. I have a D.A. Davidson & Co. username
and password, click "Next."
- Enter your D.A. Davidson & Co. user name and password, click "Next". If you do not have a D.A. Davidson & Co.
user name and password, contact your financial consultant.
- Enter a Quicken Account Name as prompted, or click "Next."
- Confirm that information provided is correct and click "Done".
- When the download is complete, click "Close" in the pop-up window.
- Review your transactions under "Investing."

- Access via D.A. Davidson Client Access website
- Client Access online activity tab
- Choose Quicken® from the download activity drop down list.
- Choose your start and end date
- Click Submit
- Choose Save

- Access via Quicken® software
- Log into "Quicken®."
- From the menu bar at the top of your screen, select: Click on the Tools drop down menu, then select the "Add Account" option.
- On the Account Setup screen enter and select "D.A. Davidson & Co." then click the "Next" button.
- Enter your D.A. Davidson & Co. user name and password, click "Next". If you do not have a D.A. Davidson & Co.
user name and password, contact your financial consultant.
- All downloadable Quicken® accounts display. You can customize the Account Name (to use in Quicken®: Enter account nickname) for each account by typing directly in the field.
- Confirm the accounts you wish to set up and/or customize Account Name, then click "Next"
- Quicken® will download your transactions and automatically categorize them, so you can quickly see where your money is going. You can choose to add another account right now or start using Quicken® and add more accounts later.
- The pie chart on the homepage shows you where you money is going. To review your transactions, click on the account name in blue on the left side of the screen. To add another account, select the "Add Account" button on the bottom left of the screen. To update your accounts, just select the "Update" button at the top left of the screen to download transactions again.

Download to TurboTax®
- What You Need
- TurboTax® software (current year)
- Internet access
- Download Instructions for TurboTax® Users
- Log into "TurboTax®."
- From the menu bar at the top of your screen, select: "File" then "New Tax Return".
- If this is your first time using TurboTax, click "No". Otherwise choose "Yes". Choose "Continue".
- Choose "Continue". Again
- From the menu bar at the top of your screen, select: "File" then "Import" then "From Financial Partner".
- Select "D.A. Davidson & Co." and click "Continue."
- Enter your D.A. Davidson & Co. user name and password, click "Next". If you do not have a D.A. Davidson & Co.
user name and password, contact your financial consultant.
- Choose "Continue".
- Check all that apply.
- Choose Import.
- Choose "Continue".

Download to H&R Block At Home®
- What You Need
- H&R Block At Home® software or you can also download using H&R Block At Home® Online Products by visiting www.hrblock.com
- Internet access
- Download Instructions for H&R Block At Home® Users
- Log into H&R Block At Home®
- Click on ''Start A Return"
- At that point, you will be presented with all of your downloading options- click the ''Next'' button.
- Import last year’s taxes at this point, otherwise click on ''Next''
- Import data from financial software at this point, otherwise, click ''No'' then ''Next.''
- Click ''Next'' after reviewing the ''As You Complete Your Return'' Information.
- Click on the ''Income'' tab.
- Click on the corresponding ''Go To'' link next to the 1099 form you would like to import.
- Click on ''Import 1099'' link.
- Click on ''Check My Internet Connection''
- Assuming you have an Internet connection, choose the financial institution your 1099 came from.
- Click on ''Import.''
- Enter your D.A. Davidson User Name and Password and click on ''Import.'' (If you do not have a D.A. Davidson & Co. user name and password, contact your financial consultant.)
- Click on ''Finished'' and continue completing your return.
