The office – located at 18 South Mission, Suite 101 – will close as Smith Barney on Friday, Nov. 6, and reopen under the D.A. Davidson name on Monday, Nov. 9. Most of the branch office staff will remain the same. The accounts of the clients who have invested with that office will be moved to D.A. Davidson along with the team of professionals who will be transferring to D.A. Davidson.

Clients can visit the Smith Barney office and sign the necessary documents to transfer their accounts to D.A. Davidson, allowing them to continue working with the same financial professionals who currently are their consultants.

Five financial consultants will work in the new Davidson office. It will operate alongside Davidson’s existing Wenatchee office, at 151 South Worthen St., Suite 201, under the oversight of John Peterson, Senior Vice President, Financial Consultant and Branch Manager. Together with the four financial consultants in the existing office, the offices will have nine financial consultants and five support staff members in the two Wenatchee locations.
