Davidson Companies clients and former clients were notified the week of January 28 of an illegal network intrusion, and steps
clients should take to protect themselves from identity theft, including enrolling for a credit monitoring product being offered at Davidson's expense
for 24 months.
To activate the product, clients should contact their Financial Consultant to receive an activation code. For current clients, the code may
also be obtained by calling 800-909-6485 and for former clients by calling 800-736-6153. The code is needed in order to enroll. The activation codes
will be valid until April 30, 2008.
- Clients are strongly urged, if at all possible, to enroll in the credit monitoring product online.

- For clients who don't have online access, you will be given the toll free number to contact Experian when you call for your activation code.
- Experian Family Secure provides single-bureau monitoring for minors by linking their Social Security Number to their parent's. A special Family Secure activation code is needed to enroll.
